Refund Policy- The fee charged by GoPetCertificates.com is the fee for the actual certificate which you yourself print. GoPetCertificates.com, Inc. will refund the fee if you are unable to print your certificate and the fault is ours. If the reason you can not print your certificate is because of a problem with YOUR printer or computer for any reason the fee will not be refunded.
